The nose reveals red fruits and spicy aromas. The mouth is fruity, juicy, well-balanced, gourmet, elegant, precise and shows a sweetness as freshness.
You can serve it with meat in sauce (boeuf bourguignon) or with cheeses with character (epoisses, brillat-savarin … )
To drink ideally within 8-10 years but o potential to keep of 15-20 years.
