Following vinification courses in California and Oregon, Cyril joined his parents (Marie-Françoise & Charles) at the family estate in the early 2000s. Thus, the fifth generation enriched the know-how with an international vision. The Charles Audoin estate covers 15 hectares, including 14 hectares in the Marsannay appellation. These come in a surprising handful of plot vintages, reflecting the desire to preserve the typicality of the climates. Cyril cares about subtle wines, local wines … not oenologist wines. The result is long aging, the desire to keep old vintages, and many plots! In addition, all of the red wines are neither fined nor filtered in order to best preserve the aromas and substance.
