This 2019 cuvée, with its pearly hue and sandy-gold tints, is characterised by its elegance. The saline, expressive and delicate nose exudes notes of citrus fruit, mango and sweet spices. The wine is fresh and fruity on entry to the palate before revealing an ample, silky-smooth structure with notes of nectarine, candied citrus fruit and blackcurrant buds. The finish is succulent and lively with flavours of white stone fruit and lemon zest.
All Mediterranean cuisine – particularly carpaccio and tartars.
Pale white gold coloured with an intense nose of Guava and passion fruit with a touch of green herbs in the background. The palate shows white peach and hints of flint and has an elegance not often seen in this region. Plenty of acidity but this is nicely balanced by the sweetness of the fruit and the quite full body.
Moscato d’Asti produced by Prunotto is an intense straw yellow color. The nose presents the characteristic aroma of the Muscat Blanc grape together with notes of acacia honey and hawthorn blossoms. Its full palate is vigorous and elegant with a pleasing and fresh balanced finish.
